3. Promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of competition or cancel it

4. Winners will be announced on the website by 18th February 2008, alternatively,
the winners name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to The Golf TV Competition,

5. Winner(s) may be requested to take part in publicity associated
with presentation of prize.

8. Any disputes to be resolved by mediation.
